Take Eurostar from St. Pancras and reach Paris Gare du Nord station in Paris. From their make a simple change and take Thalys for Cologne from there. The total journey time is around 5 hr 30 min; however there may be a stopover at Gare du Nord for next train.

Second route is from Brussels. Take Eurostar from St. Pancras and reach Brussels Midi in around 2 hr and 30 min, after which make a simple change to take Thalys to Cologne which takes 1 hr and 47 min. Stopover time at Brussels is not included in this.
